Apology letter

On Wednesday, 2nd of Oct, 2013 me and my friends went to the director with a apology letter. Before getting into director's office, we asked Kinzang, the office messenger about the mood of the director. He said director is in good mood so it made us feel comfortable to approach him. I went in the office and gave the letter. "What is this?", honorable director said. Aita bowed down and said, "this is the apology letter sir". It was a shine for us to notice a beautiful smile on director's face. we were happy but remained silent for the next to be continued by him. "It's not only you all, there are other groups as well who went for throema and volunteer work without a proper permission", added the director. We did not say anything but nodded our head which indicates yes. Then the director told us to leave the apology letter but he wanted us to apologize to the team who organize the program on Saturday.  He also told us that we have to apologize in the public, in front of all the trainees.

We gracefully walked out of the office and whispered to ourselves, "he was in the good mood. To apologize in the public is not a big issue for us, we can do that and get rid of the issue that really haunt us everyday and night.
With all our hope, we sincerely seek for apology from you, our respected director sir for not being able to make during the college program on Saturday. We hope sir will forgive us. If we are forgiven with the deepest sympathy and compassion, we would make to all the college activities hence ford.
